Our team successfully furnished and installed approximately 380 linear feet of 12-inch C900 DR-18 PVC water main, maintaining a 10-foot horizontal separation from the existing active line and nearby utilities in compliance with UFC 3-230-01 and AWWA standards. The scope encompassed trenching to a minimum depth of 48 inches, precise bedding and backfill compaction, installation of eight new service laterals with isolation valves and tracer wire, backflow prevention, disinfection, system cutover, and full surface restoration, which were all completed with strict adherence to OSHA trench safety requirements and industry best practices.
